What we collect
When you submit a form on this site (contact, booking request, gap audit), we collect: your name, business name, email address, phone number (if provided), industry, and any message or responses you choose to share. We may also automatically collect anonymous analytics (pages visited, general location, device type) to understand site traffic.
How we use it
We use your information only to: respond to your inquiry, schedule and conduct consultations, deliver services you engage us for, and send service-related communications. We do not sell, rent, or share your information for marketing purposes with any third party.
Third-party service providers
We use trusted service providers to operate our business, including: Netlify (hosting), Google Workspace (email), GoHighLevel (CRM), Stripe (payments), and scheduling tools. These providers access your information only as needed to perform their services and are bound by confidentiality obligations. Some providers may store data in the United States; we ensure appropriate contractual protections are in place.
How long we keep it
We retain inquiry information for up to 24 months after your last contact with us. Client records are retained for the duration of our engagement plus 7 years for tax and professional obligations. After these periods, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
You have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you, correct any inaccuracies, request deletion, withdraw consent, and request data portability. Quebec residents also have the right to be informed of any automated decision-making. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below and we will respond within 30 days.
